Mesotherapy

Skin regeneration and revitalization

What is mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is a minimally invasive treatment based on the direct application of active substances into the middle layer of the skin (mesoderm). The goal is skin regeneration, hydration, rejuvenation and improvement of tone. The treatment is particularly effective for the face, neck, décolleté, but also hands, head (for hair) and body.

Procedure

How does it work?

  • Mesotherapy uses tiny needles or special devices (e.g. mesopen or needle gun) for precise application of cocktails into the skin.
  • Cocktails contain various active ingredients, such as: hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, peptides and growth factors.
  • These ingredients stimulate fibroblasts, which produce collagen and elastin, leading to tighter, hydrated, and radiant skin.

Indications (what is mesotherapy suitable for?)

  • Dry, dehydrated and tired skin
  • Mild to moderate signs of aging (fine lines, loss of skin tone)
  • Acne scars or minor skin irregularities
  • Pigmentation spots and uneven complexion
  • Loss of facial volume (mild)
  • Hair loss (alopecia) when using a hair cocktail

Benefits of mesotherapy

  • Non-invasive and fast procedure
  • Natural result (does not change facial features, does not give a "frozen" look)
  • Can be combined with other treatments: PRP, Botox, hyaluronic fillers
  • Hydration and regeneration of the skin "from the inside out"

Number of treatments and frequency

  • 3–6 treatments are recommended, spaced 2–4 weeks apart, depending on skin condition and desired effect.
  • Maintenance is done 1–2 times a year or as recommended by a doctor/aesthetician.

Results

  • The skin becomes hydrated, fresh and radiant.
  • Improved tone and elasticity
  • Reduction of fine lines and wrinkles
  • Even complexion and improved skin structure

Contraindications

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Infections or inflammation in the treatment area
  • Autoimmune diseases or sensitivity to any of the cocktail ingredients
  • Allergic reactions to vitamins or hyaluronic acid

FAQ

How long does recovery take?

  • There is no specific recovery time. Mild redness and bruising are possible, which will subside in 1–2 days.

When are the results visible?

  • The first effects are visible after 1–2 treatments, and optimal results after a complete series.

What does the mesotherapy procedure look like?

  • Consultation and skin analysis – The doctor examines the skin and selects the appropriate cocktail of active substances.
  • Skin preparation – The skin is cleaned and disinfected, and if necessary, an anesthetic cream-gel is applied to reduce discomfort.
  • Applying the cocktail – Using tiny injections or a special device (mesopen), the cocktail is precisely introduced into the middle layer of the skin.
  • Massaging the treated area – After application, it can be gently massaged to evenly distribute the active substances.
  • Completion – The skin is disinfected again, and the patient can immediately resume normal activities.

How long does the treatment last?

  • The treatment itself lasts 30–60 minutes, depending on the area treated and the type of mesotherapy.
